Equivalent Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice Course Submission

The Appraisal Foundation has classroom and online versions of the National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Courses available for purchase. Additionally, education providers have the option to develop their own equivalent versions of the USPAP Courses. Providers who choose to develop equivalent courses must follow an Equivalency Checklist issued by the Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB).

Also, education providers interested in developing equivalent distance education versions of the USPAP courses must adhere to the Functional Specifications issued by the AQB and the International Distance Education Certification Center. Questions regarding the Functional Specifications must be submitted in writing and sent to info@idecc.org. Responses to questions will be provided as promptly as possible.

To submit an equivalent USPAP course, please visit our Course Approval Program webpage for an application and details on the electronic submission process.
