The Foundation Councils
Subject matter experts that provide insights, research, and feedback.
Overview
The Appraisal Foundation® (the Foundation) interacts with over 100 non-profit organizations, government agencies, and for-profit companies through its Advisory Councils. Advisory Councils provide recommendations on the work of the Foundation's Boards.
Recommendations are provided specifically on modifications to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP®), the AQB Criteria (Real Property Appraiser Qualification Criteria and Personal Property Appraiser Qualification Criteria), as well as other important projects.
We are grateful for the member organizations and individual representatives of The Appraisal Foundation® Advisory Council (TAFAC), Industry Advisory Council (IAC), and the Council to Advance Residential Equity (CARE) for their dedication of time and contributions to the work within the appraisal profession.
