Discussions and Exposure Drafts
Share your opinion on the Foundation’s proposed changes to the standards and qualifications.
Overview
To obtain feedback on proposed changes to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP®) and the Real Property Appraiser Qualification Criteria (Criteria), the Appraisal Standards Board (ASB) and Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB) issue Exposure Drafts. Additionally, The Appraisal Foundation® may seek feedback regarding proposed guidance on valuation methods and techniques. Exposure Drafts always have comment deadlines, and the Boards read and consider each comment received prior to making any changes.
